Discussion Topic

Practicing Lean Startup in an Enterprise Context

It’s no surprise that innovation practices like Lean Startup are popular among corporate innovation leaders. Many executives now understand that continued success means creating a more agile, adaptive, and entrepreneurially minded culture. Yet embracing these behaviors within a corporate setting poses a variety of challenges. Vested interests, entrenched leadership climate, and a bureaucratic and/or risk-averse culture can hamper or derail such efforts. In this roundtable, we’ll discuss the painful lessons many have already learned, and share the victories and successes that have begun to shape emerging best practices.
